The lonely night

"The day was exhausted, fully tiring, I know you too feeling tired" he said that after reaching the room. 

"Hmm, let's get fresh up fast n rush out for dinner, we can discuss tomorrow's plan during eating".

"Fine", and both boys went out to their room for change. 

She took some time after having bath, to check what to wear for the dinner, scroll the messages while playing her fav song -tujhse naraaz nahi zindagi...

Suddenly, she felt some noise outside the room, like someone in next room has just scratched the big trunk or heavy luggage. "New customer in next room. But where are these boys gone! They r so highly irresponsible. Let me check". She was about to open the door, knocked someone. 

"Here they are" she said while opening the door. 

" What are you doing, it's so late for dinner, I mean, u people don't realise that we are not in Delhi, and going out in late night might be risk. Where is Raj?"

"He left with his friend and I bought the meal, can we both have it in ur room or you wanna have it alone!"

" Fine, u can have it in my room, come", she spread the newspaper on the bed. He opened few packets, very stylish way, describing how he bought that chicken, tawa roti n special chutney after lots of bargaining. " I had two beer with me, will u like to have". 

"Why not, it will be relaxing after day long working"  he jumped out of bed, rush to his room, came back with two beer bottle. 

Chicken was yummy and soon both finished everything including beer. 

She felt like, he was not a stranger, infact, he was known to her for almost two years, sharing same office and cafeteria, many a time exchange morning wishes, celebration and office meeting, while rushing to punching machine...but, today he was different, "Sidharth, who are in your home, I mean, if u can share"

" Why not, I'm single, I, my parents n brother's family stays together. And what about you!"

"I stay with my sister' family, looking for a better PG." 

"Okay, I'll help u in getting, I know few friends of mine, who stays in PGs" 

"Thanks, I'll ask you, if required." 

Suddenly, his face became dull, she thought, she was little rude in saying that, so she tried to clear up "oh please don't mind, I already had discussed with few agents, so if didn't get something good, will contact you".

"Absolutely fine, I'll be happy to help you". 

He collected all the newspaper and put in the dust bin, while she cleaned the glasses n plates. 

Punjabi song was on, he asked her for dance, and before saying Yes, without any hesitation, hold her hands and started dancing. She was like what is this, but couldn't get time to say no, and here both were moving the steps. Very bad dancer was she, and he was dancing like a pro. Both were laughing aloud and dancing n loving it. The song was over and silence  got noticed by both. 

" Ok, it's time to say Good night, we need to get up early tomorrow. It's already late. U go to ur room and sleep. Good night"

"Yeah, time to sleep, good night. It was a evening, I would remember lifetime, Can I give you a hug!" Very spontaneously, she gave a hug to him.

He moved to the door. He turned back to pick his water bottle, " can I stay in this room!" 

"No, Why would you be here! Please go to ur room" she said that keeping her anger under control. "This boy is trying to be very smart, beer, dance, hug and now, how dare.."

" Please don't mind it, I'm missing my parents today, feeling very low, I won't be doing anything wrong, just don't want to be alone today, please let me be here".

" Okay, come and sleep on that bed, if u feel like, we can talk till we sleep. Is it fine"

"Thanks, I was really feeling lonely today"

Both shared their life stories, laughed, cried and giggled and teased each other, before sleeping. 

She never had imagined in her dreams, that she will get a good friend for lifetime, in such a way. He never thought that a girl of her age can gave him so much comfort and peace, just being there, listening to what he says.

It was starting of a friendship beyond boundaries.

You never know what a person is going through, not everyone speak out their low side, but just giving a hand, a hug, a warm tap on the shoulder, just listening to the words and emotions, u can change the world of that lonely soul. 

Misquote... It could be the girl, who also don't wish to be alone, so may have agreed for the company. May be both had understood the lonliness of eachother.
