Pause......
We all wish to Pause for some moments.
"Kaash kuch der ko ye waqt yahin ruk jaata"
Happy moments always felt less and we wish to hold those moments for a little longer.
But time flies with its own pace and it is like that only. We can't do anything for it.
Unhappy and painful moments are felt much longer than actual. We wish it passes as early as possible but it seemed to be longer and longer.
Moments which are under control of our own senses can be paused.
I believe, we all should "Practice to Pause".
Pause before assuming.....
It saves lots of misunderstanding and regret, if we pause before assuming.
Pause before accusing.....
Understanding and analysing the facts and not jumping into the conclusion, may help you to save the accuses.
Pause before reacting harshly....
Feeling bad, cheated, irritated, annoyed, dissatisfaction may make you prone to react harsh on anyone. It could be near n dear one, unknown, known, bypasser, anyone. Hold the breath and let the moment pass. It saves thousands of happy moments.
You will avoid doing and saying things You will regret later.
I may say, it's not easy. But trust me, it's not difficult either.
Save your happy moments, save happiness.
